Terms and Conditions

Cancelations: We ask you kindly to please respect our time. The time booked for you is booked solely for your use only and we do not double book our students. If you do not want to do your lesson or cannot do it for whatever reason, please let us know in plenty of time so we can offer your booking time to other students. Making a booking involves us spending time preparing a lesson plan specific to you. If you need to cancel, change, reschedule, postpone or similar, including not being able to make it for whatever reason including if you forgot, have suddenly being called into work or suddenly have exams or assignments due, please let us know at least a minimum of 48hrs WORKING DAY notice (Sat/Sun/Public holidays are not normal working days) otherwise the lesson will still be charged to you. Normal working days are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm & exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Public holidays, the weekend & after hours.

Driving test cancellations, changes, rescheduling or similar require a minimum of three (3) full working days notice (minimum 72hrs).

Lesson Packages and Gift Lessons including any prepaid lessons and lesson credits including extra time have an expiry of 6 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable and non-refundable. This gives the recipient plenty of time to use the paid for lessons or gift.

Traffic Fines & Infringements: We will endeavour to do our best to help you prevent any incidents but cannot guarantee 100% that you will not make any mistakes. According to government licensing rules, all driver licence holders are considered to know the road rules and be of suitable physical & mental condition to be able to follow the rules. If not, then they should advise the relevant licensing authorities. Due to these facts, any traffic infringements are deemed to have been able to have been controlled & prevented by the driver of the vehicle who will be considered solely responsible for the offence and not their passenger or instructor. For this reason we request and require you to not drive faster or beyond your ability in order to avoid accidents or traffic infringements or fines.

Lesson Payments:  Lessons can be prepaid by Direct Deposit, PayID, Cash or Credit Card. Please put your name and the date of the lesson as the reference so we know who the payment came from and which lesson the payment is for. Payments can take 1-2 days to clear and need to have cleared before your lesson.

Credit Cards payments incur a 2.3% surcharge.
